When I start the Kaywa Reader application on my mobile phone, only a white screen is displayed, then nothing.
This usually happens when you download the Java version of the Kaywa Reader to your desktop PC and transfer the application to your mobile phone via Bluetooth or a data-cable.
The safest way to install the Kaywa Reader is over-the-air:
If your phone is supported, but fails to be detected by the mobile site, please get in touch with us: clearly state your brand and model, and the exact date and time when you tried downloading the reader. We will then be able to add your phone's UserAgent to our database to automate its detection
